Azha's Needy Children

Azha's Needy Children is the name given to a sidequest in Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean. The quest consists of providing the street children in Azha who follow the player with a number of Quest Magnus. After giving the children 13 Quest Magnus (of any type), talking with the sitting man will reward the player with the Mephistopheles Cloak. After giving the children 8 more items, the player is rewarded by the same man with Secret Recipe 7.

You can give the children everything. It is very easy with Rock Salt that you can find nearby.

Note: if you give 21 Quest Magnus without talking to the sitting man between 13 and 20, you will skip the Mephistopheles Cloak and directly receive the Secret Recipe 7.
