Similar to the Greythorne hearts sidequest, this one must be done as a Greythorne. Go to Camilla's House and take control of a Greythorne before talking to Skeed. Give him some Pow Milk to finish the sidequest.
Note: Give Paramours' Secret to Camilla if there is no Greythorne in the house. Watch the scene then exit and reenter to see a red one in the top right corner.
