Fee, the Divine Child, was Kalas' younger brother and Georg's grandson. He was a kind and intelligent child who was unusual in that he lacked wings of the Heart. He never let this bother him, nor did he find Kalas' single wing to be of any concern. His dream was to someday find the lost ocean and ask the legendary Whale questions. He was killed by Ayme and Giacomo. In his final moments, when he witnessed Kalas on the brink of death, he gave his life force to Kalas to ensure his brother's survival.
