Field Guide Description[]

A creature that awakened within its feral host. Found and captured by the Imperial Army, though Shanath independently sicked it upon Sagi. Unfurling its sinister vestigial wings, it trained its fangs upon Sagi and his compatriots.
Uses: Darkness, Blind, HP Drain
Weak: Light

Strategy[]

Its signature attack, Feral Death, draws anywhere from about 120 to 250 from you per use, and its physical attacks usually end in it drawing 100 HP or so from you. It's has the highest HP of any boss yet. What you need to rely on more than ever is massive amounts of damage done at a time. Winning with a series of 300 damage attacks would be too difficult, but with a few 1600+ damage combos, the boss is more manageable. An MP Burst will probably be your friend here even though you'll want to have a Fate Idol handy if at all possible. The number one attack, once again, is Sagi's True Heaven's Glacier, so if you've got a Strong Attack B ready, keep it there and pummel this thing with it, but be ready for a long fight especially when you get to the later stages when this thing likes to draw massive amounts of health every single turn. Again, keep your HP up and cut this thing into bits and pieces. Note that this thing has a slight weakness to light. Plus Mountain Apples, if you're stuck, will help you a lot.
