To start this quest, talk to the man in the path of Nihal Desert. He will tell you about the Rock Salt and ask you to fetch one for him. Once you agree to help him, he will give you one Sparkling Snow. Go to the stone in the middle of the sand near him and get the Rock Salt. Deliver it to him to finish the quest.
