The Shrine of the Winds (as it's known in Eternal Wings) or the Cloudvents (as its known in Origins) is a wind cave in Diadem. The cave is very important to the people of Diadem as it both houses Diadem's End Magnus as well as acts as facility for the production of presumably supplemental clouds for Diadem. Because of the cave's importance, it can only be accessed through the throne room of Castle Elnath.
